BONITA WThe lady went to inspect the truck after I returned it. She came back on her phone I stood around for ten minutes before she looked up. Wasted my time, awful customer service. Being on her phone was more important than a customer.

FRANK OFirst truck did not have any gas and the replacement truck was not totally full. I had the truck for ~6 hours and at the end the odometer and the radio stopped working (electrical issue). The lights and analog gauges appeared to continue to work. The staff were very helpful in getting me into the second truck quickly and should concern with the electrical issue when I returned the truck.

daniel rI was told that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a few screws in the back of the U-Haul I rented but the person I spoke with couldn’t be sure exactly what the image showed. The screws could’ve been a part of the truck. First time using this location and I will not use or recommend it to anyone moving forward

jimmey aService was great. The Hispanic woman at Gate City Pawn was very nice and explained things fully for me because when I have rented in the past, the trucks were not this expensive. I don't recall paying for individual miles in the past. I do understand the reasoning behind this though. Thanks Again Team U-Haul!!!

Charles MThere was wood inside when i picked it up i wasn’t sure if it was there/ left there purposely so i did not take it i left it there. Other than that great service it was fast and easy. I chose mobile pick up but decided to go inside staff was very helpful.
MiAsha SI was very pleased with the prompt, thorough and friendly service provided me today at Gate City Pawn Shop when I dropped off the truck used for the purpose of moving.It was clean inside and out with plenty of parking. He answered all of my questions eagerly and with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad I chose to drop the U-Haul truck off at this location. I would gladly use them again.

MARIO MEnsure vehicles are regularly maintenance. Battery died while loading truck and delayed my move by 2 hours or more waiting on roadside
