Every person I encountered either in person or via phone call told me something different. I tried to do a one way rental and the guy at the Mobil station said I had to call U-Haul after I left to have them fix my in town reservation. That was not the case. I called 5 different times and was given different answers. It was a joke. I didn’t have a good experience.
