The truck I was allowed to rent should not have been on the road. The breaks where bad it smelled like it was burning or something was melting the windshield was cracked it has major damage on the front the air vent was broken and missing it was a piece of junk truck. It took me for ever to get the tow truck to get the truck and bring it loaded to the storage. Then it took hours again to get it picked up and towed away to the repair shop. The truck they replaced it with was very out of the way and made me put miles and use more gas than I expected to use. I don’t feel I should pay for any of the rental since I was given faulty and unsafe equipment and inconvenienced for hours of my day to wait for tow trucks and to pick up the new truck from a far location.

The UHaul online checkout process via the app was long and it kept denying the pictures-but eventually we got there. Highly recommend this location for your next truck!

Sean HThe wiring harness was frayed and melted. I had to stop at another U-Haul location to get it replaced. The night running lights and taillights were not working were now working forcing me to stop overnight for safety reasons.

WILFREDO ELocation open util 1:30pm. Trailer does not have a jack and can't lift it with out at least 2 people. Hurt my back trying and had to leave with the trailer resulting in not going to work next day to return in their business hours 7:30am-1:30pm I will NOEVER rent anything there again!!! I had over a year of therapy for my back problem that was for nothing as trying to lift this trailer off the hitch hurt my back again and I can walk streight now.

I was not expecting you would require a reference to call, again, the issue is that I was not expecting it. But overall it was a simple, short process, just not expecting it would be like that.

ELISSA ATruck was rented to us with two VERY bad condition front tires. The first “exploded” at 60 mph two hours into our 12 trip. The second one was ready to do the same thing according to technician who showed up 3 hours after we were stranded on I-75 shoulder. Tires were eventually changed, but we lost 4 hours and were in an unsafe place for that time.
