The truck was parked two parking lots away out of site of the indicated location where the box for keys was. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to figure out what to do with a key and no truck. The moving equipment I ordered was not in the truck. The result made me late for a pickup of a trailer U-Haul was going to pay me to take with me on my trip and I was not able to make that money. This was a small but serious error that effected me a lot.

Nick GI waited for almost a hour in the rain for the owner to locate the keys needed to get into the truck. What was supposed to be an easy pick up delayed my move. I also paid for a extra items like a dolly and moving pad to be included yet when I opened the truck it was not inside.
