The actual truck and rental location were fine. However, the process of using the app to acquire and return the truck was a very poor experience. First, I did not see a way to complete the verification process before the pickup, and needing to take photos of yourself, your ID, and most egregiously, call and verify your additional contact wastes precious time and bogs down what should be a quick, efficient process. Then there was the return. Attempting to use the app to return the van was a nightmare; on multiple instances, trying to process through the return process regressed me to previous steps and forced me to take verification pictures multiple times. Eventually, I had to call the hotline to manually close out my rental because I could not get the app to complete the process. These issues with the self pickup process need to be addressed before I'd feel comfortable recommending u-haul or using their services again.

Thomas CEducate your employees....When I picked up the truck, I was told that I could return unused boxes at this facility after my move. When I came with the unused items the following week, I was told that I had to take all unused items to the Beaver County Mall Uhaul (35 minutes away/1 hr 15 min total round trip). Thankfully the Uhaul at the Beaver County Mall had no problem refunding me for the unused items.
