The mobile pick-up and drop-off process is WAY too complicated. Also, they didn't have the key as you said they would. It was locked in the back of the truck.Todd S.

Someone needs to tell you when you pick up the truck rental that you have to go through this long process to check the vehicle in. It was very annoying to have to go through that process. Key was dropped off and then it want all these photos to return it. Old way was better.JOHN R.

Outstanding experience, my 2nd recent chance to use the all-electronic reservation, checkout, and return. Only drawback is finding the key drop box at this location. Also, the return instructions didn't prompt me to return the key to any place in particular but rather abruptly ended after I uploaded the photos of the clean cabin and cargo space.JAMES D.

I accidentally left the headlights on for about 30 minutes while unloading and that was enough to discharge the battery and I had to jump start it. It seems the battery must be on it's last legs to lose charge so quickly. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, service was just fine.WILLIAM B.

The guy that hooked the car dolly to my truck. Hooked one of the safety cables to the hitch pin. That was not professional. Or safe in anyway. I wasn't happy about that when I saw it. That could have been a huge problem had the dolly come off the truck. The scenarios are endless. Very disappointed in an adult male employee for being so lazy and unsafeWILLIAM H.

I rented a 10 foot truck and an appliance dollie. After I got to the location of the move I found out the 10 foot truck didn't have a ramp!! What? Completely surprised by this. I had to drive truck back to the rental place switch my truck out. I rented a giant 20 foot truck so that I could move a fridge, 2 chests, and a scooter.JOSEPH O.

I rented the truck on Saturday around noon just before the center shutdown for weekend. I was told at the counter that even though I was renting for a day, I can return till Monday morning when the center opened again. But when I returned it on Sunday, I was charged for two days. I'm very disappointed with this misinformation at the checkin counter and expect one day rental to be refunded.Rajesh U.

The amount of pictures required for the return was a pain. It was pouring down rain and we had to keep taking more and more photosCarleen B.
The mobile pickup was fine but the lock was a issue. We had to call uhaul for help because there is no Pnc at the facility. The mileage charge is way to high because of that I won't use uhaul again.Jennifer C.
I'd suggest covering the freakin' padlock that we're required to use to get the key out of the back of the truck as it got wet and froze solid. You do not send out support to actually get the truck opened so I had to get a colleague to drive all the way up there with a hammer and some sort of spray stuff to get the lock to work. And I had to pay my movers for an extra hour that they sat at my apartment waiting while we tried to get the lock open. Oh, and customer service suggesting I use a hairdryer was NOT helpful. I am cleaning up all the curse words flying through my brain as I type this as it was freakin' 15 degrees when I tried to pick up the truck. Absolutely horrendous experience and I think you should compensate your customers who were stuck dealing with frozen locks (I was not the only one) and Uhaul refused to assist with getting those frozen locks off the flippin' truck.Hope A.

I had a very hard time with the lock it wasn't put on appropriately and was frozen. Also the windshield wiper was damaged making the trip in the snow harder than it had to be. I originally asked for a cargo van. I was told there would not be any the day before my rental. I was given a box van instead. When I arrived I saw 3 vans. Lastly the box truck was not swept out and I had to do so myself before putting in my items.Jessyca C.
