The truck and the rental location were both good. The online check in and the app both were horrible. It took 35 min to get the keys and be driving, including 2 separate calls to customer support to complete the process. It's awful.

I was able to get in and out at check in and able to drop off very quickly very early in the morning instead of having to waste time waiting for the office to open.
