Jayne HI would have preferred picking up the equipment in Kearney and would have paid for this service. The truck was clean, however the trailer had seen better days. And the ratchet mechanism to tie town the front tires was almost unworkable they were so rusted through. And there was an out of balance issue with the tires over rough roads. Three times I stopped on Hwy 81 to check my tires within about ten miles. It felt like I was trying to land the space shuttle the steering wheel jerked and shimmied hard in my hands. Some sort of differential issue? Not sure. The jerking-about issue occurred several more times during the trip. Oh, and the gear shifter felt floppy as I tried to put into the correct gear. It seemed to not click solidly into place. Other than those worrisome issues, the trip went well and, my belongs were well protected. Thank you.

Kay SThe desktop site to log in to retrieve my code for the truck wasn't working. I had to download the app and that would have been nice to know in advance. The app even had issues with lagging and was a bit cumbersome and time consuming.

Gary BI reserved a car trailer to be at this location with the truck, and it wasn't there at the time I had to move. I had to drive an additional 60 miles with gas for the truck to get the car trailer.

Michael CRemember to take a picture for your odometer before you leave..... I just got a bill for 900 extra miles. Not sure if you ever check the mileage after the are turned in or not.

MITCHEL Swindshield was a mess, covered with bug stuffing. difficulty with mobile app checkin - appointment was cancelled since were a couple of hours late. pain to get it reinstated since office was closed and had poor internet service.
Dana HThe process to puck up.my truck was HORRIBLE! I couldn't find anywhere on the website to get my 4 digit code to get my key. I sat in the parking lot on Saturday for 2 hours, trying to get ahold of someonee. I was on hold for 45 minutes with never getting ahold of anyone with the 800#. VERT DUSSATISFUED with the pickup process. The instructions online did not work. I was so mad!
Ed P2 of the 3 12 volt didn’t work. We drove from Nebraska to Texas and the GPS had to use the port so could not charge our phones. Ended up buying a port that had 3 ports on it. One headlight was messed up. Luckily we didn’t drive much at night.
