Did have trouble with the app trying to find my scheduled but employee in charge of U-Haul helped and best probably to book in person.
Analis AI did not enter the drop off location as the U haul representative came right out and met me and handled the transaction in the parking lot. So I have no opinion on the location’s cleanliness, but I appreciate how promptly the transaction was handled.
