The utility dolly didn't work. The welds on the axle were broken and the shaft was rubbing on the belt. The belt was stuck solid with the wheels under load pressing the axle into the belts. Bad design with the axle too close to the belts. The Customer service was great. The owners work hard to take care of their customers.Brendan G.

There are only positive things I could say about my experience with this UHAUL rental ! They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgable.It was a stress free experience from making the reservation, picking up the UHAUL, to returning the UHAUL. Mr. Vincent Harris, regional/area manager, went above and beyond helping me w/ my move. He gave good advice on using UHAUL Movers., (I wasn't aware of this service.), to what size UHAUL i would need. 1. The woman lied to me about how gentle the ride was. Truck shook bad like the first one I rented from a different location. 2. She lied to me about the existing damages on the truck. 3. Per her suggestion I even purchased the truck additional insurance coverage to protect myself from any damages. At the time of return, she claimed that I had damaged the truck, even on the upper side of the truck, when in reality, I was nowhere near a big/tall tree or a building to cause such damages. Then she claimed that these damages are not covered by the insurance I purchased (when U-Haul CS says the insurance covers ANY Damages). 4. At the time of return, she claimed that inside the cargo was cleaned when I picked up the truck - when in reality, not only she had time to clean (when it was just brought back), but also, I had to mop the truck as well as drape all of the walls of the truck, I supports my issues with PICTURES.HAMID S.

The checkout process through uhaul.com was difficult. I would not recommend this to anyone. The system requires contact phone numbers for others to verify that you are in fact renting from uhaul. This was quite difficult in the early morning. The staff at the location was awesome and very helpful!Melissa K.

If it were not for Donna at this location I would have rated the experience as poor. I reserved at 15 foot truck prior to 8-22-2020. I was not able to get this truck upon my reservation date. Donna was very sweet & professional. She called several places to get the truck for me. I ended up having to get a larger truck & Donna accommodated me & hustled hard to help me. I would recommend this location for Donna alone.Ashley W.
made appointment for 2:30 for trailer; got there at 2:30 and found young boy (minor) the only one there. He had to call his Mom to help me. Asked for my drivers license and then took a picture of it and sent it to his mom. (That is unacceptable. I told him to delete it I had reserved trailer and 10 baskets. he only had 8 and they were balled up, dirty and full of leaves. I had made reservation with credit card, but was going to pay with anther card. He said his mom had already charge this card; I asked for a receipt and he said it would come in the mail. Got home to get the receipt (around 4:00) and found the rental was due on Sunday at 2:00 (too early for my daughter driving it back to Knoxville, even when leaving at 8:00. Tried to call them and no answerJames C.

This was the first time I used UHAUL for a move and the experience was great!! Being able to load all my daughters stuff in one vehicle in stead of in 3 different vehicles was well worth the cost of a truck! Donna, the UHAUL Manager, was more than helpful and made sure our reservation was available. No more multi car moves for me and my daughters in college. I wish I would've tried UHAUL many years ago. Why try to cram everything in multiple cars when one truck will do the trick? From now on, it's UHAUL!! Thanks Donna!! We'll be back.rick C.
