The people who helped me were very kind and understanding. My location was switched and I had to pick it up a day early due to their hours so they gave me a free day to compensate the early pick up. They helped me back up to the trailer and hook up. The trailer was however missing an updated 6 pin plug. It had an outdated 4 pin plug that had to be replaced before use.
