The attendant was totally unhelpful, on the phone the whole time didn’t had time to inspect the truck. I returned the truck clean just as I got it, one day earlier than expected, as I said the attendant just wanted the keys, and then hit me with a bogus clean fee of $25 which was totally unwarranted.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people who helped me were very kind and understanding. My location was switched and I had to pick it up a day early due to their hours so they gave me a free day to compensate the early pick up. They helped me back up to the trailer and hook up. The trailer was however missing an updated 6 pin plug. It had an outdated 4 pin plug that had to be replaced before use.
Sara MClosed for Labor Day during drop off. Got receipts and charged me a late fee even though the place was closed. Please reimburse the late fee as nobody was there to help drop off.
Brett LFrom booking to return of the trailer, it was a great experience! The owner/operator of the facility was kind and helpful. The unit was clean and in good working order. The cost of the rental was incredibly affordable. I also appreciate how easy it was to return the trailer. Again, a great experience from start to finish!
Reese LNothing had a great experience every time I rent from here I get the home town feel that you don't get at other locations. Always positive
