After dropping off my trailer they never checked it in- I got another call from a different location a few days later saying I didn’t drop it off - when I explained that I did but at the wheeler road location as I was instructed they said I was set and would take care of it. Then a few days later I got an email saying it still wasn’t returned. Ended up going to the location where it was dropped off and they STILL hadn’t checked it in! They finally did it when we showed up and asked about it and now all is fine but why didn’t they do that when we dropped it off? We spoke to a person at that time and dropped it off to them.

Turn signals worked but the brake lights didn’t
TIMOTHY M-The padlock chained at the rollup door latch on my particular truck was inoperable, though the key turned as it should, -I found that the Uhaul website and app were glitchy and at 'turn-in' had issues with loading pages promptly; this added stress to my experience and will do so furthermore to other renters more concerned with the timing of their returns. Those trying to beat the clock and myself with six hours to spare alike expect better from such a large company, -I think the uhaul fuel policy should be reconsidered and changed to "Full-to-Full";because trying to match fuel levels before 'turn-in- is a undue hardship- and it's even worse to have to immediately stop for fuel after 'pick-up' because the prior rental only had to return the truck with 5/8 full. Ridiculous. Once one gets in the cab, it's time to roll... and not only down the street to the nearest gas station, but rather on to the next destination.
Robert TDon't overcharge. Process a refund of an incorrect charge as you said you would do. Be more attentive. After trailer was returned and removed, I saw that the hitch ball had loosened during this use. That should have been noticed by U-Haul personnel and reported to me. Additionally, an attached weather cap for the wiring hitch was not put back on. Just sloppy.
Glenn LWhen I originally booked the trailer my cost was supposed 26.95 due at pickup. When I got the email bill after turning it back in it was over 58.00. I rented a larger trailer a while back from a different location and it was less expensive than this one. I will not rent from this location again.
CLIFFORD CI rented a truck, it was dirty inside and back. I understand if I bring it back after 24 hours it is an additional charge, but a whole $114? The truck only costs 39.99 ? PLUS, I returned it only one hour after 24 hrs. 25 HRS total and this charge? Its absurd
Jason DThe office people were excellent. Cordial, professional and obliging. The truck i rented although road-worthy, did not reflect well on UHaul. The unit was old, paint finish flecking and cab was worn and floor needed vacuuming. The pad lock for the roll-up door did not work. The truck did do exactly what I needed it to do and had plenty of power. The check in process was interesting and convenient. Over all I still would recommend and continue using UHaul.

Robert SI think it would be beneficial for an after hours number. My work iPad was left in the truck and I tried contacting the office, the corporate, and called the numbers provided…no answers. I even looked up on Facebook, and I tried to see if there was another number I could call. I can’t get my computer and there is no one working to grab it. I was distracted by the amount of photos that I needed to take upon returning my vehicle and being upset about the added $15 cost of insurance that I didn’t ask for that I ended up without my iPad and being the unhappy customer that I am. I hope that the store makes this right, the man was very respectful when I spoke to him and was honest enough, however, I have not had a pleasant experience since. I am just hopeful no one steals my iPad if they choose to rent it over night or first thing Monday morning before I can get there.

DAVID HThe old 5x8 trailers are smaller inside than the new 5x8 trailers with a ramp. This threw off my packing preparation. Also without the ramp packing took longer and required more lifting. Upgrade your entire fleet to the new 5x8 ramp trailers. They are excellent.

doug rWhen i received the uhall, at mobile check in the truck was dirty. There was a box of bisquits in there and dirty papers and mats. I took a picture when checking in. This place charged me cleaning and after hours fee. Do not rent from this place. I should have trusted the reviews.

SUSAN AI was told by uhaul customer service the location removed my reservation for a appliances dolly, and I was not made aware. I understand that they didn't have one in stock however had I been notified I could have made arrangements before picking the truck up to get one. That being said I lost almost 3 hour of loading time having to run to harbor freight and buy a dolly because no locations near me have any for the next 2 weeks. I blame this on poor logistics on Uhaul's part.
TIFFANY WTrailer was in great condition. No issues dragging it over 800 miles fully loaded. Only issue was when I got it home and opened it up, it reeked of cat urine. So bad that I had to open the doors and soak it down in febreeze over night. It killed most of the smell, but it was bad when I got it.

Travis HI'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this U-Haul location. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and I experienced biased and unethical treatment. Specifically, Donna and her family members were rude and added unnecessary charges to my bill. This is not the standard of service I've come to expect from U-Haul, having used their services multiple times in the past. I hope the company takes my feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to address these issues.

Since I was by myself, this made the rental experience significantly better than other U-Haul locations that I have rented from in the past.

Corporate coordination at U-Haul leaves MUCH to be desired, but the people onsite were very courteous and helpful.
