Your U haul computer system/program took about 30 minutes to process our pick up. The system was terribly slow. And kept kicking the user off so it had to start again. This was our only disappointment.

FELIPE SBooking online would be better if you could make the conversion to metric consistently. We added mileage in miles and did the conversion and then once booked it was actually kilometers. Kind of annoying for such a simple thing.

WILLIAM MVery accommodating to our needs for first a trailer, then an actual moving van. It was a one day rental that turned into a two day rental due to unforeseen delays, but the people at this location took it all in stride and were able to extend the contract for the additional day. I highly recommend this location for the way they treated us.

JAMES WDrop off location was very unprofessional, no help to unload trailer, man was asking for trailer plug which was mine. To make this story short never again will I or recommend anyone to deal with this drop off location in Kempville Ontario.
J CThe only comment I have is it would have been nice if the equipment I rented was at a location near me. I am in the Smiths Falls area and rented a car trailer but had to drive a long way to pick it up. This is just a comment and not a complaint as everything went well and the staff at both locations I went to where helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks, Bob.

SERGUEI MIt was fine for what we needed, and close. There was a maintenance issue with the truck we had booked, but they upgraded us with no delays or issues whatsoever. They don't have much equipment on site, but maybe they would bring it in if needed. Will find out next time.
Richard ASuper breezy, quick and convenient
PATRICK HI was scheduled to pick up a 8x4x5 High trailer on Saturday and i got an email on the Thursday before saying that the location i was suppose to pick up my trailer did not have the trailer(location was 10 km from my son's apartment) and that i had to go to the Kemptville location to get the trailer (it was 60 km from my son's apartment). They called me on the Friday to confirm that I was going to be there Saturday. When i get there all they had were 8x4x4 high trailers so i had to take it, unfortunately the mattress did not fit plus a couple of other things. Not happy with U Haul, the guy at the Kemptville location was nice unfortunately he could not help me.
ROY FI returned trailer on Saturday April 27th around 2 pm , location closed at 1 pm. Therefore I did not have any contact with personnel so can't say they were helpful. Hope leaving the trailer there was OK.
James AWe went to big up the truck tried for an hour to get the keys from the lock box so frustrating also we had to drive there from smith falls because apparently there were none in smith falls told I wasn’t being charged for the extra kilometres but apparently now I am being charged also there were two trucks in smiths falls so was I told to go to kemptville to pay more who knows I certainly didn’t have a pleasant experience
