When I pickled up the van they had no idea that they had another reservation coming at 4:30pm and argued that there were none on the schedule, then found it. The van was dirty with straw and what appeared to be horse hair. It Smelled like a barn. I reserved this van to move equipment and food for a catered event & did not expect to have to clean it prior to being able to load it. The smell never left even with the windows down. It was my first experience renting from UHaul & likely my last!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGas was very low. Expectation is to have gas in the truck when picked up
Jacob KTrailer had seen better days /hook up was ok but my son had to fix it when we got home. Wires were dragging on the ground and one of the connections was frayed. By the time we got to our destination one of the lights wasn’t working because of the frayed wires and the drop off location pointed out that one of the tires was bald and should not have been driven on.
