The drop off U/haul location in Murrells Inlet was excellent. The pick up in Aiken was so and rude as hung up on me!

2 days after dropping off uhaul I received message that the truck was not turned in when I called I was told not to worry about it the district would go check it in when I dropped it off on Saturday it had more gas in it then when I got it we were at 97 miles which was the reason when dropped it in aiken so as not to go over mileage truck was cleaned and I still got 43 deducted from my 100 deposit
Carla HillAttendant was working on a truck. When asked a question about drop off procedures he took paperwork and his only answer was "it's self service put it over there". Then went back to working on truck and ignored us. I can understand the self service comment, but some basic knowledge of procedures would be helpful. Or maybe better communication skills.
Marvin CrimsI really appreciate that the owner went out of his way to help me out since the on-line booking created some errors. He helped to resolve it and got me set up very efficiently.
Bob yoderA little concerned with using the off hours dropoff since the location and parking lot wasn't in the best shape and the truck gate couldn't be locked with the dolly and furniture pads in it. However it was very easy to use the website to drop off online then just put the keys in the slot.

Seth AndersForced to use location. Had an actual U-Haul pickup location which got moved day of. Probably because U-Haul asked us to transport a trailer and we said no.
Andrew MooreShowed up late and couldn't extend my time with equipment. I asked for 6 hours and i got 4.5hr because the rep was late. I didn't receive the appliance Dollies i asked for which increased my time needed to move. I was still charged for the equipment that i didn't receive. I only received one of the requested furniture dollies and was charged for two. Overall, I would never recommend this location to anyone but my worst enemies. The staff was friendly enough though.
Davonte Carter VaultThey were not available until lunch time to help me pick up my truck. It was a very poor customer service. I recommend that you do self-check in or to pick the truck in other location.
