Showed up late and couldn't extend my time with equipment. I asked for 6 hours and i got 4.5hr because the rep was late. I didn't receive the appliance Dollies i asked for which increased my time needed to move. I was still charged for the equipment that i didn't receive. I only received one of the requested furniture dollies and was charged for two. Overall, I would never recommend this location to anyone but my worst enemies. The staff was friendly enough though.Davonte C.
