The drop off location was nonexistent. It was an empty building. Please update your locations to avoid over charging your customers.

Senedra LOrder 3 dozens blankets got none. I also ordered an appliance dolly that they did not have, had to go across town at another location to get one. This uhaul place is located on ft. Campbell Blvd. Hopkinsville ky. Said they had 2 blankets I could have and that was better than nothing until they tried to charge me $10.00 for 2 blankets when I can get dozen blankets for $10.00. That didn’t go over well with me so ended up with 0 blankets.
