Nothing really. Weekend opening hours seem limited. But with the Dropbox return, that’s less of an issue.

RICHARD LThere was no key in the right compartment for my truck. This would have been a seamless process, but it delayed me getting my rental by more than an hour as I had to wait on hold, check 3 more slots before finding one that had a key, and then having to call BACK and wait again on hold because the new vehicle assigned didn't match up in the app and customer service line had to give me a new link to verify my vehicle. I'm sure the process is smoother in person, but this could have been smoothed by just having the key in the slot in the first place. Upon returning my Uhaul, there was a couple having sex in a parked car right between the key drop off and a parked uhaul which made it uncomfortable and made me park far away from that. Location convenient. Lots of vehicles. Everything was clean but there's always that stale smell of smoke and who knows what else. I did sweep out the back because it wasn't fully swept when I got it, but not a huge deal.

PATRICIA CWas charged for 2 periods. Was using app to pick up and local rep came out and said it was a different truck App clearly displayed truck I was suppose to get.. Overall my period started 1hr before I received the keys to the truck. Also local rep was putting blankets and dolly that I didn't ask for in the truck. Also the local rep seemed bothered by the whole interaction. Would not recommend. I would appreciate a credit for the time I didn't use the truck and was charged for.

GERALD AA heads up that we're looking for a U-Haul truck with a drop box stuck to the side of it would have been helpful. We found the location at night knew it was the right place because of all U haul trucks and then stood there trying to figure out what to do next. After wandering around for a while trying to figure out what to do we saw the truck with the drop box stuck on the side of it.

EMILIO SThe actual store was closed on the day I was picking it up. It was like a scavenger hunt, looking for lockboxes on the side of a truck in the parking lot. And I only knew to look after calling customer service. There was no signages or instructions post anywhere to pick up. Took me 35 minutes of on hold and speaking to customer service (who were INCREDIBLY helpful) to finally pick up the truck.
