The lock box and code feature was frustrating, no key was in the box and the secondary lock box did not open. I wasted an hour on the phone. A very disappointing experience with no person on site to resolve the matter. Phone customer service was a long wait and they could not get me a key. Ultimately, they sent me to Milrent. Over an hour and a half in total wasted.
