Very cumbersome process to use the mobile rent and drop off- the app is very glitchy, asks you the same questions multiple times. And when we finally got the combo to get the key - the lock was so rusty it took multiple tries to open the lock. We spend a lot of time with the pickup process — not worth it, next time it would be easier to go in to the store - although even when the posted hours stated the store was open - it was closed!
