Peter JI can not offer a single suggestion - Joe (the owner/operator) was extremely professional, he was very kind, and the truck was surprisingly clean (in fact, in all respects it felt like a new truck). I appreciated the offer to use some of his moving blankets (at no charge!), and the check-in process was unbelievably easy. As I said, it is hard to see how the Mohegan Lake, Cortlandt Town Center could have made this a simpler experience. The original plan was for this to just be a preliminary move - we are moving to Western NY - about 400 miles away - and we were planning to make our new home "live-able" now, and then to hire a professional moving company to transport the rest of our belongings in June. After our recent experience we are probably going to shift gears a bit and do the move ourselves - the process was nowhere near as onerous as we expected, and the cost savings would be material. I am truly appreciative for how Joe took care of us, and I give this operation five stars - my unconditional recommendation. Dan K..
