I was advised by a phone agent upon confirming my month old reservation the day before my rental that a “scheduling manager” had changed my pickup location from Jonesboro Arkansas to Little Rock Arkansas. 3 hours away? Make that make a bit of sense? I had to then schedule another truck changing from the Jonesboro Red Wolf location to Git R Done Auto. Dave at Git R Done did do an excellent job the morning I picked up the truck.
