We reserved and paid for a certain size trailer for a certain day, plenty of time in advance. Was told to drive 40 miles (one way) to get a smaller trailer because that's all they had. Still paid the same price though for the bigger one and now have to make 2 trips (about 800 miles one way) to get the rest of our things.

Didn’t know I was picking up. Trailer was in a location difficult to hitch. Had to prompt to check tire pressures which were low
