I loved the self check in option. I was on the way to get my key, but someone was walking the key to me. Love, love this experience
Angel VThe employee that checked me in was extremely rude and did not display good customer service. It took me almost 45 minutes to check in and leave with my trailer due to how slow he was. Upon return, they tried to swindle me and charmed me almost $50 more than what I was told when I picked up my trailer. I had to argue to get the bill reduced. The trailer was very hard to hook up. Very displeased. Will not be back or recommend.

Demetrica FI would encourage U-Haul or the establishment renting to perform regular inspections for mechanical issues, battery strength etc. The first truck that was assigned to me had the check engine light to come on.

rosa wThe truck was very loud, not fit to drive through neighborhood. The passenger side mirror was broken. The shocks were iffy at best. I drove the truck 9 miles total and was chargees so.e sort of fuel service fee. I was told to make sure the gas guage was where it was when I picked up the truck, it was. I rented a truck for 24 hrs a week earlier from the same place and it was $55.00. This time I had the truck for 4hrs and it cost $170.00. I was told it was brcause of insurance. There was no mention of insurance on my receipt. This was not a good transaction. Very unsatisfied.

RICHARD RThis was probably the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. The cargo van I rented was fine, but the customer service was at an all-time low. The male attendant was not only extremely rude, but just simply unpleasant and disrespectful. Quality Customer service wasn’t even in the building with us. I just recently moved to South Carolina and this location is less than a mile away from my house, but I don’t care how far I have to drive. I will never use this location ever again in life.

MARK EI suggest having the U-Haul worker and renter take pics of the gas mileage. We took a picture of it when we picked up the truck and upon returning it. However, we were still charged a few extra dollars for gas

Teriyonah JApp super intuitive. At pick-up the text received for taking a picture of the license needs a little more explanation. I paid- but had a secondary driver which made this more complicated. I suggest to walk out to the vehicle every time to make sure the customer is comfortable accessing the box truck, backing up a box truck, and the vehicle has no issues. Return was super easy!!

Rochella MAt the moment I rented the trailer the guy at the window acted like he owns the place he was really rude and didn’t do the rental for 24 hrs like I asked the next day before the 24 hrs I get a call saying that they was goin to report the trailer stolen so I try calling many times to make a payment for 24 more hours the person answered puts me on hold and hangs up so I try calling many times and they never picked up until I call the 1800 number and got the issue resolved
