When picking up the rental truck, everything seem to be fine. Only upon returning the truck did were we told that we were supposed to receive a text message with a link to take pictures of the vehicle as well as the odometer and gas gauge. That text message was never received.In addition upon returning the truck the attendant made an error when he recorded the return mileage on the truck, causing me to be charged for 300 additional miles. While eventually, a credit was issued it did cause it to be a stressful return process.

Hezekiah RThis location is inside of a laundromat where random people are just hanging around outside. I tried to do everything online, but my phone couldn’t keep service so I had to go inside and deal with a 20 minute process. I told the man I did not want the insurance and he charged me for it anyway. Then the van I rented was parked near the busy highway. Nope. Won’t be coming back here.
Shena HTruck was not available when I arrived at my designated time. Previous customer had not yet returned it. Had to wait 2.5 hours t get it. However, the attendant (Smokey) was very helpful and kept me updated. He had the truck ready to go when I came back to get it.
