The one person there was very kind and good at her job. The truck needed cleaning. Windshield very dirty. A drink container was left in the door panel, dusty dashboard. The ride was noisy and I felt every bump in the road. Do more maintaining the trucks in good condition. Keep a staff of two people in the office, not one.Joyce B.

after having an absolutely appalling and atrocious experience at the henrietta location, customer service located me a truck when my reservation and move was in jeopardy due to the truck I reserved from henrietta not being returned. the truck they located was at gibbs street and joyce was an absolute angel. she was so nice, prompt, knowledge and apologetic for a the debacle in henrietta (a mistake that wasn't hers). I did not rent or utilize the services of UHAUL at the time or location of this contract. I received an email of the contract after the fact. Whomever Joyce Preston is she needs to be retrained as she has rented uhaul property to someone whom has used my name without my consent or proper documentation. To be honest I initially thought the process went well. When I picked up the truck there was a fender dent and scrape on the driver's side. It did not effect the function of the vehicle. Nor was it mentioned by the tech. It was within the parameters of dents other vehicles I have rented had prior to thus one, so I noted it but thought nothing g of it. However, two days after I returned the vehicles I was asked if I placed the dent in the vehicle by the tech. I stated truthfully no, it was already there. I showed my wife the dent and noted it on the original paperwork which is still in my possession..my phone was dead so I did. Not follow my normal.procedure of video taping the pick up. I am a Constitutional and congressional SENIOR MILITARY OFFICER SWORN BY OATH AND OBLIGATION to always tell the truth, especially court proceedings, official documents under the strictest penalties, in or out of uniform. Terrible. Where do I start? There was an issue with my ID picture so the chat guy, I believe his name was Pansky, was supposed to resend the link which took a good 10 minutes. The front office was locked despite being well within the â€œopen hoursâ€ and empty with the guy in the back (apparently on his laptop). We were there at 11 and the office hours were 10-2. There was a number to call for non-office hours, which we called and left a voicemail twice. We waited for over half an hour when I finally called uhaul and they got the guy out there. He tried to say he didn't get any calls from us, but he literally had the voicemails and we showed him the call records. At this point we're really late. Once I picked up the key, we turned the truck on and the check engine light was on and the truck wouldn't turn! I called the number again, because the guy was in the back and not in the office AGAIN, and he didn't pick up. We took a picture, turned the truck off and on again and it worked. Not at all satisfied with my experience. I've had difficult experiences with Uhaul before never this bad. I'll be renting from Penske from now on.Nicole T.
