The vehicle was not properly cleaned, upon entry I immediately noticed what seems to be several strands of pet hair on the driver and passenger seats. Along with a strong smell of alcohol. I informed the representative and asked if there was a vacuum to clean the seats. Unfortunately the response was no in which I wonder what is the proper procedure for cleaning the vehicle between EACH USE for staff. I found this to be unacceptable as COVID-19 still exist and the uncleanness of the vehicle was extremely noticeable.CLARISSALAQUELE H.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I reserved a truck for a location and when I arrived there were none set up for 24/7 pick up. I was on hold with customer service for over 20 minutes and then they sent me to a new location to get a truck. The whole issue took over an hour to solve.Charlotte C.

The only thing that would have been useful was a more explicit drop off time. We were due back by 10 am but for some reason none of our paperwork warned us of this. I would only suggest that strict drop off times be more explicitly written on original receipts and if a drop off time is added after pick up a called confirmation would be so helpful. Otherwise my experience with this location was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend to others.Patrick L.

Get the 225 Gibbs street location moved to a more customer friendly location. Getting to or leaving Gibbs street is nearly impossible for anyone unfamiliar with the area. The customer service at the site is excellent.LORIN B.

I had arranged for a 7am pick up. When we arrived the place was locked up. The online app said to return at 9am to pick up the truck even though the email I received said 7am. The pick up location had the key in the lock box but your software would not give me the code. Please fix this as we lost several hours to move a long distance.Jeff C.
