Computer was not working very good! It took a long time to rent this truck and get paperwork printed. Also the person helping me argued with me about the gas gauge, which was incorrect on the paperwork. I tried to explain to her, but she got very defensive. The gauge showed 7/8th in the truck, the paperwork showed more. It was wrong. So I just took a picture. Very unprofessional with an attitude!RUDY A.

We called to confirm our reservation and inform someone that we would be a little late. The woman on the phone who did not give her name was rude told us we didn't have a reservation, then said we did. She gave us the lock code over the phone as we were picking up the truck on mobile. When we arrived we finished the online process, uploaded driver's license, and my reference was called and verified by a uhaul associate. We took the truck and later found out our check in process was not completed and there was no record of us checking out the truck. Thankfully Matt on the phone helped us sort out the situation and was phenomenal with customer service.Blair F.
After using the online checkout/in system, I will not use Uhaul again. Far to impersonal, and enough quirks with picture taking and phone calls that I want no part of it.David H.

She was very nice and attentive but the truck had only a quarter of a tank of gas and when you have so much to do having to make a stop to fill the tank is not ideal, I don't mind having to fill it afterwards but starting with an empty tank of gas is not acceptable in my opinion. The door was hard to close and sometimes it would be half locked and I was afraid it would open since it was so hard to close.diana C.

Hours posted wrong for Yuma store.
I was never told that there would be nearly $100's in taxes and I called the corporation as well as this local office 3 different times to verify the exact amount I would be charged (because of the way that I would be paying). So, in the same morning I had scheduled my pickup for moving out of state, I had to leave and come back 3 different times because of their inability to coordinate pricing and inability to accept cash and their computers are so malfunctioned I didn't leave the office until nearly noon - I scheduled my pickup for 8 am! Still after all of these issues, was never offered ANY sort of compensation. No discount, no extra miles or day - really? Even after everything, not even an apology for being the most inept U-Haul facility I've ever worked with. Wow. Next time, I'll try Penske's.Sabrina Y.

I had reserved a trailer for pickup this date earlier on 4th ave , another location. However I arrived to pick it up later then the time they had set, so they rented it to someone else. It would be good they contacted client by phone before renting it to someone else. Also they should let the renter know that if they don't arrive by a certain time, it may be rented to someone else.Eugene L.

Your advertisement is misleading, you rent the truck for 19.95 ..but you fail to mention the .99 cents a mile and the fees in gasoline to refill the truck . so what you adverrtised as 19.95 ended up cost me close to 100.00 dollars . the mileage was the kicker it was over 51.00 dollars in milage local wich i don't remember eading in yoor advertisement. lesson learned next time i'll know to ask for hidden chargesJOHN M.

The inside of the cab of the vehicle was disgusting. It was extremely malodorous. Stains and debris of unknown source (question food vs other) over windows and throughout cab. It was pretty gross. This is the only reason I did not have an answer for the last question in regards to recommendation.Valerie C.

The only other thing that I could suggest is to have the availability of larger trucks. Being so close to the Marine Base, when troops are deployed, if they have base housing it would be more beneficial to have a larger truck to move everything at one time instead of having to make multiple trips. Getting on the base the truck needs to be pulled to the side and inspected at the gate before entering the base. Overall it was a pleasant expericence. Very knowlegeable personnel and very, very pleasant. I would go back next deployment.Sheila H.

Inside of cab was somewhat dirty, food scraps, trash etc wasn't too bad just initial impression when I opened the door. My Auto transport was at another location and wasn't ready when the truck was ready. I had to get the truck, then go load, then drive back to town (about 25 miles) to get the transport. Took a lot of time and I ended up being charged for extra mileage. Plus I had requested a 17 foot truck and got a 14 foot instead. Honestly, I probably won't won't use Uhaul again... the personnel were fine, but the logistics were terrible.LAURENCE B.
