Hi, I'm old and get confused easily. I had a hard time in the drop off process. I could not figure out where to drop trailer off at. I call the place that UHaul recommended, but it was 40 miles away. I finally found the Gilbert one, which is 4 miles away. The nice young lady was extremely helpful. Please pass this along.

I returned the trailer and the lady in the office was in the process of making coffee told me where to drop the trailer, did not even come out and look at the trailer or anything. I dropped the trailer where she told me too, get back to the place where I was staying and I get a $16.05 fee for cleaning. Before I left I took pictures and video of the inside and the outside of the trailer, which was clean. I think it was very inappropriate to charge me an extra $16.05 for a cleaning fee. Will be waiting for a reply, thank you.
DEAN WI have rented equipment from this location twice. once a trailer and once a truck. Equipment was clean and working, the staff there is awesome. The only issue I had was picking up the truck because they were closed and that was navigating the U-haul app. However, that issue was cleared up with a phone call. I did leave a house key in the truck when I returned it and the staff was able to find it and get it back to me.definitely will use them in the future if I need their equipment.

Solomon SThe location was great, very helpful. The self checkout, check-in was cumbersome, out of order, and glitchy. It hung up at one point during the check out (truck pickup) process. Then I received the text looking for pics of the plate and truck AFTER I was on the road so I missed that. Then when returning the truck it would tell me to do something that I then had to undo in order to fulfill a request later on. Overall, the app process needs to be streamlined and cleaned up.

will fThe truck was returned on Monday night after hours. I'm sure this location has cameras to confirm. I was charged another day for some reason. The truck was rented online and pricing changed from initial rental to final bill not for gas or any other items but for rental charge. We tried to handle online but had issues picking up the truck and returning. Received receipt, then someone changed and charged additional amount.

bodi eI reserved a 20 foot truck because a 26 footer would not fit at the location where it would eventually be unloaded. My reserved truck had been rented to someone else when I arrived, I was given a 26 foot truck instead. I had to carry everything an extra 50 feet which doesn't sound like much until you do it 50 times. Also, truck number JH2668D, license plate AG88100 leaks like crazy. The bottoms of most of my boxes were soaked thru after an 18 mile drive in a pouring rain.

Kenneth SPickup bed was wet where I took 4 buckets of water out plus drove it around to dry it out, took me an hour But agent was nice ……suggestion….need to have rental ready for customer ….would rent again but would ask questions to make sure everything is ready only because close distance wise
RAY TI didn't like that there was no one onsite to assist. Truck was parked in a field which was not easy to drive in/out of. Gas tank was just above empty when truck was picked up, which wasn't very considerate of previous renter. Seeing how I had to report how full gas tank was upon return, someone should have seen to it that this truck had more fuel in it for the next person.
Cathy MBesides the fact that it was much further than many other U-Haul locations available, it was nicer than most. I was never told about the $55 automatic charge for truck rentals neither through this location or the national reservation line when I made the reservation.
Frankie FLet customers know before hand that uhaul requires them to use uhaul insurance for the rented pickup truck.. Although the insurance was 11 dollars, this was an unexpected expense. Also, there should be a lower miminum mileage allowance for intown use. I feel that we were charged too much for a rental that was just needed for a few hours and not a full day.

Jim KAt first i was given a small truck and it was not enough for what i needed to move. So before leaving the location i went back in to retify the situation at hand. I switch to another truck. Fine and dandy. The only difference was that the truck i was in was not on a full tank of gas like reported. It only had an half tank. The report said i went like 41 miles or so. That would not use 8 gallons of gas. I tried to tell this to the associate and she said it was not her problem take it up with uhaul. And she said that it had the smell of cat piss inside......???? I was like wow!! But i am very unplease with this.

James MWe did mobile check in on Sunday nobody was there pull the truck and drop the key everything was good close to our home. We did call U-Haul first thing that morning because we were going to be a few hours late returning it and she extended our turn in time until 6 p.m. without charge. When we returned it it tried to charge us for an extra day. I disputed it and did not pay it U-Haul put the charge through without our authorization. I called when I got the email that they had charged my card for the extra day the girl couldn't do anything she emailed the manager I did not hear anything from the manager I will call again today.
