this is not the ideal location for pick up . no one was there until supposedly a 10 am opening, so remote pickups was a totally failure. I had arranged with haul international to pick it up a 9 am. I eventually got the "owner"?? who was able to help me thru the process thru his other office in Portsmouth NH I had movers scheduled for 10 am and I was not able to get the truck and to my home until 10:30'ish
