The location was closed when I dropped off the truck. I was not informed of this when I set up the rental. The self return process is vague and confusing. There were no instructions provided on how to start the self return, which took around thirty minutes to figure out. Has I been close to the drop off time I suppose I could have been charged for an additional day. Finally, I never got confirmation that I had done the self return correctly, and I hope that I will not be charged for some hidden fee or unknown mistake.

I was supposed to receive a call and discount due to my experience and I have never been contacted. Poor customer service and I would not use this service again!
Brooke PI was moving from another state. Uhaul sent me a text to return the truck here. My rental was due Sat. at 1pm, but this location isn't open on weekends! Why would Uhaul send me here? The app allowed me to "self return", but it said to leave the keys in the ignition. The older gentleman working the gas part of the location, said DO NOT LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE TRUCK!!. They have lots of problems with a rehab center down the block. He showed me a lock box to leave the keys, but nothing communicated from Uhaul! It took about 20 minutes to complete the return, and I left not feeling good about leaving the truck there. Besides the fact that this location was almost twice as far from me as another location, the one I said I would return the truck to when I made the reservation, I never agreed to return the truck there. An unpleasant experience to say the least.

Kenneth GI hurried to unload the truck to make sure I could get to the U-Haul store before it closed, when I got there no one from U-Haul was there so I explained what happened to the lady that worked at the store. I can only hope my message got relayed. I would feel terrible if it was rented and caught fire.

DALE TKey was not in the designated lockbox. I had to ask the gas station attendant (not a UHaul person) for help. He was able to find the key for the overnight dropbox and locate the key I needed for the truck I rented. That was a hassle for both of us.
Jody SI made this reservation 3 month ago. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Flagstaff Az . Three days prior to pick up I was told ,that there was no truck in Flagstaff, that I had to pick it up in Prescott Az . This is new location is 90 minutes away. Was is the purpose of making a reservation I suggest some one in charge read the definition of reservation
