Went to pick up, didn’t have equipment at the location, sent me to another location, they didn’t have the equipment…..had rented it to someone else before I showed up & had to get them to return with it. Then software issues on their computer caused me a 2 hour wait before leaving - miserable experience- would like a refund or partial.

Diego GI was told by U-Haul I had E-pick up. U-Haul never completed the process for me to pick up the truck before the pickup location's opening hours. Fortunately, or not, the location told me this happens a lot with U-Haul and was kind enough to finish the checkout process before their opening hours. So the U-Haul dropped the ball, but the pickup location took care of us.
