I feel I was way overcharged they claim I didn't put gas in it or clean it which I did both, plus they got a toolbox of mine that I left in the back. I am not happy at all with my service. The woman was very nice though. She was the only good part of the whole experience.

Charger me $20 to leave my car at site for a few hours while I used the cargo van. Called Uhual customer service and was told dealers cannot charge for parking while renting from Uhual. It’s either free to park or they can refuse parking and u need to make other arrangements Uhual c/s was great they will refund me the $20 but this new partner just as money grab. Won’t ever rent from that location again
