The location out of the Glass doctor business went absolutely 100% above and beyond to ensure that I was able to rent my piece of equipment on fairly short notice and did everything they could to accommodate me being able to facilitate and use their trailer. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.
DARREL DWhat a perfect renting experience! The vehicle was well maintained and clean. There were no surprises. But mostly, the three people running this shop for my pick-up and return were personable, professional, and courteous. Glass Door is fortunate to have such a caring crew.

Otello FWe were expecting a storefront check-in, per the info provided online. This was not the case, the location was closed, and the default, mobile check-in was absolutely horrible. Multiple attempts and workflows were required to get in. I'm an engineer with some expertise in UI design, and this mobile app is one of the worst I've ever worked with.
