This was the oldest and dirtiest truck I have ever rented. The windshield was dirty. There was dust everywhere. I’m glad I arrived early and was able to leave with a truck because they called me before nine to let me know that I would have to go to a different location, which was not cool.
Ingrid OJesus was great to interact with! He cared about what we thought, and made us feel very comfortable with our move! A great thanks to him for taking care of us!
