Your online service isn't the same as in the store. When you put your vehicle information to tow a vehicle it says you good to tow. When you get to the store they tell you your vehicle combination won't work. When I know what I'm towing is within my vehicles tow rating and gcvw rating.RODNEY G.

We have gotten two truck from uhaul in the past two weeks, they've both broken down and had tire blow outs. When I returned the most recent rental on Saturday 7/17/21 I was told by the worker that they were working on getting me some sort of a refund back for some of the troubles we have. He said he'd email me the invoice after the manager took off some of the charges. He emailed me the invoice not even 10 minutes after dropping the vehicle off and charged me in full. Uhaul, do better. Take care of your customers.Taylor B.

Took three agents to fill out and process forms for pickup. Wasted 45 minutes of my day. Could not check in online 800 number and website did not work. Changed pu location and time of pu. Worst rental experience ever.Barry R.

There isn't really a place for night drop offs. If you call them during their business hours they might give instructions. Other than that it is easy to pass so keep an eye out for the location.JAITHEN W.

After my worst experience at 51st in Glendale where I reserved a truck online and to show up there and basically be told that my truck was not there because the customer never returned it and then told by the rep that there's no way she can look at other centers to see who has availability and then I should call the 800 number and basically sent me on my way was ridiculous is the only way I can be be able to explain the situation in a nicely manner but the good thing is once I called the 800 number and even then it was just to follow a complaint because I thought I was going to have to drive around or call around to see when's the next availability the repta took my call was very nice and very professional and got me another truck within less than 10 minutes and the lady at this location was even better because she was just like on it she helped us get our truck she walked us through the steps and she's just very nice and all in all I will be returning to this location for a truck for my future movie needs or just to rent a truck in general but I definitely recommend a coaching for the one at 51st and Glendale because that was ridiculous to show up and basically told what I would check for you by have a nice daySean B.

Was happy with location employee but was given a run around by traffic I believe his name was Manuel probably wrong but was insulted and called a liar when I asked to speak to his superior he just hung up after connecting me back to customer service line. He is a horrible person for any type of management position. Had me drive 10 miles store to store to get told same thing over and over and having only put 3 miles on that wasn't going where I was told to go and having spent 5 hours doing so I was actually forced to pay for that mileage as well! Said I had the truck 12 hours. But I picked it up at 1130pm and there was an issue and needed a different truck but they don't open until 10 am... Which is when I arrived. Drive 3 miles and end up charged near 100 and was forced to pay for a second truck cause I was denied a swap. 2 trucks for one day and technically only 6 hours of that day from deal with this headache was I actually able to use the darn truck. Location manager was able to issue a refund days later but I'm a long time customer. But no more. I was told to drive my rental to the locations I was instructed not another inch of distance other than the 3 miles and was charged for running their errands while on my rental time i already paid for. The guy that answers for traffic is solely to blame and I will never use uhaul again. Employee at the counter and manager for the storage unit location were genuine good people no complaint about them whatsoever. Just traffic.... Remove this man from his position if you care about the customers because he sure doesn't.Patrick H.

I made my reservation online and when I got to the location they didn't have that size of truck. There was a message on my phone after I had already driven out there oh, that I could go to a different location to pick it up. But I was already on 43rd Avenue so I just rented a 15 foot truck and it ended up costing 40 more dollars than I was quoted online. The guy working at the U-Haul that I went to was really nice and very helpful but there was only so much he could do. Instead of the $55 I was quoted for the rental, it ended up costing $94 instead. I'll have to check my credit card to see what they finally charged me.April K.

Access/egress is a bit difficult. Staff that helped me were very customer oriented, which was much appreciated. They picked up the ball that was dropped by Uhaul at Bell & Grand in Surprise, AZ. My reserved unit was not available in Surprise on the date of departure. Glendale location was quite a distance away from me.Steve F.

I had an appointment at 51st and Glendale at 9 am. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I STILL WAS NOT HELPED. During that time, the two employees had only helped three people. I had that one day to move my items, and because I was STUCK inside the building, HOPING someone would actually help me, my movers left because I was not there after nearly fourth minutes, and I lost my deposit. Because I was desperate, and couldn't afford to wait in line for another 1 1/2 hours, I had to leave to figure something else out... leading me to this store... with NO TRUCK, NO MOVERS, and two hours wasted. To top it off, the entire time any of us were sitting there, not one of the employees acknowledged us... they just ignored us. Yes, I cried in the store because they messed my day and moving ability up, while paying a couple hundred dollars for nothing.Petra C.
