The items that were supposed to be in the truck were not. The dolly and blankets. They had me switch to this different location and I even reached out to ask about it but the items were not in the truck for pick up.

Ariana AThe location took a long time to find the keys for the truck, cutting into the actual rental time. When it came time to return the vehicle, a key drop box was nowhere to be found. After looking for almost 30 minutes, I had to call the 24/7 number to ask for help. The box ended up being on the backside on the unit that's in a larger shopping center. There's no way that anyone would look at the back of the building to find it. Would have preferred to be told where the key box would be when picking up the truck
