Was not informed by 13th Ave Uhaul in Fargo, until after I arrived my truck rental vehicle was not there & I wasn't picking up there, to go to gogo. The front desk manager was nice, the guy at 13th Ave was rude.

When I entered the location and then when I returned, there was no one at the desk. Started walking around the building because I wasn't sure if was in the right area.
