We had returned the husk truck earlier than expected. It was after hours so keys were placed in drop box. 2 days later received a call asking when we would be returning it. Frustrating experience as the vehicle had been there and returned to the same parking spot we picked it up from.

Have an actual flat rate rather than say it’s 19.95 and it actually be 70 dollars plus, after gas, miles, and added Insurance.
Stacha BOur rental dolly was not in the vehicle and while the people where very friendly they where not able to help us add the second driver to our rental agreement which ment one of us had to do all of the driving. It was also annoying to have to go in a second time to get the dolly because they had not loaded it into our truck.
Dayna PEverything else was good, except the (not full) gas tank. I only drove 11 miles and had to put $20 fuel. That’s ridiculous. I even told the front desk staff during key return and there was no mechanism for refund.
Gul BThis is not the location that I chose when renting the trailer. I did not receive a call to tell me of the location change. I had to call the original location to find out which store had the trailer.
Shelly TWas not informed by 13th Ave Uhaul in Fargo, until after I arrived my truck rental vehicle was not there & I wasn't picking up there, to go to gogo. The front desk manager was nice, the guy at 13th Ave was rude.
