I was told to bring it back with a full tank. I did that, which came out to ten gallons. For thirty miles. In other words, I bought gas that the previous renter did not. If you check the gas gauge picture I submitted, and compare it to the one submitted by previous renter, I think you can confirm that. The rental facility closed early on my return date, so no one was in the office to speak with. I submitted a picture of my gas receipt when I submitted photos at end of rental. You can verify that the date of the receipt matches that of the rental checkin. I believe I'm owed a refund for at least seven gallons of gas, assuming the truck was getting at least 10mpg. If the rental facility isn't going to hold renters to the gas tank policy, I shouldn't be paying for the oversight.David L.

Cargo 6X12 trailer did not have a tongue jack which made it more difficult to lift off and lift on for just one person. Would be nice if one was on the trailer.DAVID RAY R.

The Go Green Sunoco U Haul is absolutely great, comprehensive explanation of options and they bent over backwards to ensure I had what I needed. Quick check in and on the road in under 10 minutes, literally can't say enough good things about my entire experience with them!JOEL HARRY H.
Customer should get 24 hrs service if preferred. Can't force someone to bring back at certain time. Especially when someone is picking up in the morning 8.00 and you're requesting to back by 4:00 PM because you have booked other pick-up at 5:00 (I think this was my issue). The after-hours (this location closes at 4 pm!) drop-off procedure did not work for us. I was able to call the toll-free number and the rep marked that we had returned the truck, but when I reviewed the final receipt it is showing as returned the next morning. It was not a big deal for us as we were returning it early anyway, but it may be for another customer. So far we have not gotten the credit for returning the truck in a clean condition. Location was dirty & run down. I dropped off the trailer at 4:30pm and there was no attendant at the small counter in the gas station and the gas station staff were nice but had no idea how to assist me. U-Haul trucks were scattered through out the parking lot and where to place the trailer was unclear. Not a great experience...Gary E.

Make your fee structure clearer. We thought we has a one da rate plus mileage, but we got charged for 2 days as far as I can tell imply because we exceeded our intended use window. I did call the uhaul number and left a voice mail to extend our rental, also. Then there is noone to talk to about the overcharge at the location, or phone number, or on the 800 number without a 20 minute wait.Hans S.
