Russell BMy reservation was for LaGrande Oregon. The day before I was to pick it up I was told there was no 26 foot in the grand Oregon and I would have to go to Weezer Idaho. Because I had to go two hours out of my way, I was told I would be given a quarter tank of gas as compensation. I picked it up at under a half tank and dropped it off at a quarter tank. I was not supposed to be charged for this amount of gas. Two hours each way out of my way was very difficult.
Todd WI believe that there is a sham involved with uhaul. When I pick up a truck I should first find it full of gas but if not then I should be able to return it with the same amount of fuel and not be charged for it being under a quarter tank. If you want it to have a quarter tank then I should get it with a quarter tank. You can’t charge the other person for leaving it without enough fuel not put some in and then charge me again for this
