Bald tire.. lot of headaches. Had to replace tire myself . Management promised to refund me for my troubles after I dropped off trailer and I have heard nothing! Drop off people were nice but had no clue of my problems. Management lies to me just to get me off the phone. Worst experience I have ever had with this kind of rental.

I had to clean the interior before using! The passenger seat was covered in dried vomit! The windshield was so completely covered in bugs I could barely see. The cab floor has garbage spilled and loose on both sudes. I would recommend that nobody rent from Go-Go rentals if this is an example of their service.

Finding a location took three reservations. Ridiculous to deal with u haul. The location was fine.

The size uhaul i rented was NOT at the location i asked for, they expected me to drive an hour away AND pay the extra mileage for the truck i needed. It made my moving experience more stressful than it needed to be. They had the size truck i needed sitting in the lot that was not needed until the next day, so the truck that was an hour away could have been delivered by the time the next person needed it. The guy working the uhaul rental counter was no help in resolving the issue. He just kept saying "its out of my hands" vs trying to fix the problem. So i ended up with a truck 1/3 the size that i needed, making us have to do multiple trips for the move. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN!!!!

Very nice and helpful at both pickup and drop off locations. They helped make sure I was hooked up and all lights working before I left and were friendly at the place I returned the trailer to.

Not open on weekends even though website stated so when selecting a drop off center. After hours drop off was super easy.
