The hours on the website do not reflect that the office is closed for lunch, so I got there at 11:30 or so and doors were locked and there was a sign to with a number to call. I called and left a message and they never called back. In the meantime, I made an online reservation at uhaul.com for a pickup at 1215. I arrived at 1215, the office was open, but completely empty. THe only guy that handles uhaul rentals was at lunch. However, when he finally showed up, he was very helpful and the rest of the process was smooth. So this place needs to work on the uhaul aspect of their rentals, in my opinion.

We were redirected 2 different locations. Customer service had no clue as to what was going on and provided very little feedback and assistance when it came to that, you know, it was kind of a spur of the moment kind of thing. We were transferred from phrase to Detroit Lakes and 2 different locations and Detroit Lakes, before finally getting one where we could get the trailer and the the truck, it was quite the experience, but nevertheless, we ended up getting her done and are finished. I just was A little irritated to say the least , with the lack of organization.

Drop off people were nice but had no clue of my problems. Management lies to me just to get me off the phone. Worst experience I have ever had with this kind of rental.

JOHN CI had to clean the interior before using! The passenger seat was covered in dried vomit! The windshield was so completely covered in bugs I could barely see. The cab floor has garbage spilled and loose on both sudes. I would recommend that nobody rent from Go-Go rentals if this is an example of their service.

RONALD RThe size uhaul i rented was NOT at the location i asked for, they expected me to drive an hour away AND pay the extra mileage for the truck i needed. It made my moving experience more stressful than it needed to be. They had the size truck i needed sitting in the lot that was not needed until the next day, so the truck that was an hour away could have been delivered by the time the next person needed it. The guy working the uhaul rental counter was no help in resolving the issue. He just kept saying "its out of my hands" vs trying to fix the problem. So i ended up with a truck 1/3 the size that i needed, making us have to do multiple trips for the move. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN!!!!
