How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe online booking was clumsy and inaccurate for location inventory. I originally booked Perham. MN, but upon calling the location after online booking, they said they didn’t have availability. I spoke directly with a U-Haul personnel on the phone to rebook the Detroit Lakes location. Again, there was miscommunication about when the facility was open and available for pick up. Everything worked out but a pretty clumsy book booking process.

Kevin MTrailer pick up in another city is NEVER the Customer’s responsibility. Never. It took a 1/2 day off my moving schedule and everything else dominoed into ‘lateness’. Truck and Trailer pick up at same site ALWAYS, unless different location is specified by the Customer. Thank you! Wish I could have that 1/2 day refunded to me.
