I dropped off the cargo trailer after hours so I did not see anyone. I did call the day before to check if there was anything special I needed in order to drop off and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and explained where he was located and gave instructions on what to do. Very nice guy.

Michael DAnswer your phone. I called several times with no answer. Left message with no call back. Did not get any help until we came over to the place of business. Seamed to answer phone before getting my order. No answer after I made my order.

Over all it was an easy process just following all the step on how to rent a truck and how to return it. Thanks U-HAUL.

Joel LI made the reservation to pick up on Saturday and to drop off on a Monday. The pick up site was fine. The drop was ok until I get there at 11 am (Monday)and see that they are closed but advertised a 24 hour drop off. Then I was billed for an additional $20. I will not recommend using Vintage Up cycle to anyone.
Stephen POwner was great, very courteous & nice. Easy check in. Would definitely rent from him again @ recommend him to friends & family. Only complaint is the previous renter of the van had smoked a LOT of cigarettes & the smell was very bad to the point after I had driven 20 miles I had a migraine headache. I know there was a No Smoking notice on the driver side door but guess they couldn’t read. Other than the smoke smell, the van was very clean & obviously well taken care of.
Martha CThe best thing you could do is close the two U-Haul locations in Loxley, Alabama, and BMAC in Summerdale/Foley, Alabama. There is never anyone at either of these locations despite posting hours of operation they don't follow. "Going Nuts" location on Underwood Rd in Foley is a great operation. I've had the opportunity to deal with the gentleman there and he is absolutely the best. Your automatic system sent me to the other two locations first -- the worst there is -- and I found the Underwood location online. Do us all a favor and shut down the two non-performing locations.

Tracy AThis location does not represent U-Haul well. 10:00 am it was closed and locked. Had trouble getting trailer off. No help. This place will make me think twice before renting from U-Haul again!
