Employee at the pawn shop was rude, stated that he had no trucks and when I showed him my confirmation and pick up time he then stated that no one had checked in the trucks that were parked at that location. When I told him that I wanted to use a different card and not the one that was on file he looked at me with a blank stare like I was inconveniencing him. Over all his customer service was horrible
