Had a 20-minute wait for the truck to get authorized. They had the truck and key, but it wasn't in their inventory to rent out. Also, I ordered 1 dozen blankets and only received 9, and instead of the regular two-wheel dolly that I ordered, I received an appliance dolly. Finally, even though I returned the truck 2 full days ahead of the scheduled return time/date, I have not received any refund as of this date.
