I rented a pickup truck and it was brand new (only around 400 miles on it) but it smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. The truck drove well and worked well for what I needed so I just put up with the cigarette smoke smell, but for others who can't tolerate that it would be good to know before they pay.

Not happy with Uhaul for having me drive an additional 80 miles roundtrip to pick up the Uhaul. 70 additional miles was not enough compensation for me having to go out of my way. Not good customer service.

steve nThe equipment was clean, but I had an issue with the truck leaking in the front passenger side corner after it rained during my rental period. I have already submitted an insurance claim for the damaged items, but it was incredibly stressful to manage drying out and cleaning items that were in the truck in the midst of a long-distance move. Beyond just the value of the items, it is frustrating to have to add a significant amount of additional time (that I didn't really have) to things that need to be done during the move.

Robert SWe were charged $20 for after hours return after using the truck for 2 hours—starting at 3:30. This was not explained to us ahead of time but an unpleasant surprise on the receipt. A little deceitful.

I work all over the state and at times have to haul things around in a trailer, and this location, being right up the street, is absolutely amazing! Everyone has been so nice that I've worked with and always willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to them as I need some sort of trailer.
