The equipment was clean, but I had an issue with the truck leaking in the front passenger side corner after it rained during my rental period. I have already submitted an insurance claim for the damaged items, but it was incredibly stressful to manage drying out and cleaning items that were in the truck in the midst of a long-distance move. Beyond just the value of the items, it is frustrating to have to add a significant amount of additional time (that I didn't really have) to things that need to be done during the move.
