This location does not have the trained and appropriate staff to be renting UHaul equipment. I do not blame the location employees, I blame UHaul for not requiring the proper personnel on-site. The employee was only trained to do one thing….take your money.

John EThis was just a drop off location. Lighting was good but could have had better instructions onsite or even online as to site specific instructions.
