The ramp was missing on truck, ask the clerk if there was there one he answered yes there wasn't one ..caused myself a huge inconvenience by not verifying if there was a ramp.. moral trust???? Verify 100%!!!

The equipment I reserved was not there. The gps phone pick up did not work. The employee could not locate the reservation. It took over an hour to get the truck.
