Was exactly the truck I needed. The colwood offices of Ulock was a very nice location. Staff were very friendly, very helpful and booked my reservation swiftly. The pick up location ( obviously a satellite ) was also very friendly and as promised the truck was sitting there waiting for me as promised. Value is rather incredible compared to what other places have charged recently. I was very pleased. I will absolutely use U-Haul again. Thanks everyone , that experience really helped me and my family with such a big busy move. Much appreciated.

Your uhaul server was down so the attendant could not rent people vehicles on Saturday morning. I ended up going online myself and doing a mobile rental to facilitate the process and get going. That’s a process the attendant should have had going on an iPad to facilitate our rentals as a backup process instead of making us fumble our way through this.

We had very good experience at this location but we were very disappointed with U-Haul. We booked truck online at other location and they gave the booking confirmation. Next day They cancelled it without letting us know. We asked them to contact us by phone but instead they Just sent us text message next day that our booking is canceled. When we called them to inquire the reason so they don’t know the reason. We recommend people that don’t trust their online booking system. It could create disaster for your moving. Thanks

We had our pick up location and truck size change without warning or explanation. When we called to inquire no one seemed to know why the changes happened. Other than that hiccup everything else was great! Thank you.

The experience was pathetic, The dealer you appointed wasn't even there to meet me to provide me service, or the vehicle. He lied, he appointed another person to handle the transaction, she is not computer literate , she ignored me as a customer and attended to other customers first. She called the appointed dealer he could not help her over the phone, when I demanded him to come and service me he said he was at another business and it is what it is. He then generated another invoice/order remotely then let the woman who supposedly should have helped me give me the keys. It was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. In addition when I called he quoted me $89 for the week, when I go there the price and online price was much more and again he said it is what it is. Take it or leave it attitude, and then he also said I don't have to rent it to you. There was no parking for your own vehicle, in a very busy and unsafe location. I high recommend you appoint a dealer who is serious about uhual and provides true customer service. The cost was outrageous. He lied through his teeth. I certainly will write a review for the public. How can you appoint a dealer when he likes about price and is not even there to provide you a vehicle personally, and ontop of that the vehicle was full of cat hair, Absolutely disgusting.

My first and definitely the last visit at this location. The guy had no clue what he was doing, I did my check in before I left my home, and he couldn't find it. He came after 20 minutes to connect the trailer to my SUV, couldn't connect it, and asked me to connect myself. On my way back, nobody was there except an older woman who knew nothing about Uhaul. I have to disconnect it myself again. This location doesn't deserve to be a franchisee. Poor and ugly service

You cancelled my reservation even though I'd been speaking with a person at the pickup location a couple of days before and had uploaded images of my ID the day before. WTF????? It was straightened out but this never should have happened in the first place. Very poor.

The person my family and I dealt with when we went to pick up the truck was VERY rude and incompetent. We said we didn't want to buy the insurance for the rental and he couldn't figure out how to remove the charge from the computer so he told us, either we pay for the insurance or we can't have the rental.... Then when we returned the rental he tried to tell us that we didn't put enough gas in before we dropped it off but we triple checked with him how much gas we were supposed to put in before we returned the truck and put extra gas in just to be safe. We then spent 20 minutes arguing with him over that. The entire experience was a nightmare and I won't be using uhaul ever again. I will go out of my way to tell others not to use your services.

Well to start, you should give your costumers the truck they reserved. I reserved a 10 foot truck to move off island, but the store owner refused to give me the 10 foot as its one that rents out the most. Even with 3 in the lot and only one reserved. When asking if I can have the truck I reserved. He gave me a 15 foot truck that costed me an exta 90$ for the BC ferrie plus the extra gas fee's. Dont have that as an option if you will just refuse to give it to the costumer when they show up.
