There's one young man there that deserves compliments for his service. The muscle guy there lacks the concept of customer service and is very impersonal and unhelpful! One simple question about the process of taking the photos, and the answer with an attitude was..."Follow the link of your message..." three times without any commitment or attempt to help!

left tire had a bulge, trailer was shaking. people on the highway were yelling at me that my trailer was broken because it was shaking so much. trailer should not leave the uhaul yard until the tire is replaced.

Walter KWe prefer this location to the larger one downtown. The people are very friendly and are willing to help out with anything.
Jennifer MIn and out in like 5 minutes. If you're the kind of person who expects these places to look and feel like a car dealership you should hire movers, they're not like that at all. I picked up from an auto repair shop and dropped off at some kind of bonkers general store and it was perfect at both locations. The only hiccup was trying to get anything done with the actual U Haul people who were slow and dumb. I guess I could have just said "true Americans" it means the same thing.
