easy transaction.
JESSE DIt was crazy busy. There was nowhere to park the truck. We handed the clerk the contract, he handed it back without looking at it.. he asked if there were any problems. Told him the engine light came on, he said that's fine, all the while talking to another customer.
Brandt MI ordered quite a head of time 2 dollys & a flat with wheels. They were not available. We drove 6 km & gas full up was $33. We were a five minute drive after we unloaded. Crazy! My son told him about the gas price but no comment from representative. I was busy so didn’t go. The guy was rushing us we we picked up truck(he was busy since it was a convenient store too which I understand but U-Haul is a business also) thank for listening.
RYAN HThe van smelled very heavily of cigarettes. It was dirty inside. The back hadn’t been swept out, and it was in dire need of an oil change.
