Very good service at this location, however I was surprised that before loaning a truck for a cross Canada trip, UHaul did not check oil, fluids, tires or anything, and it had just arrived from a trip from Arizona! Luckily all went well, but I was shocked to find that out. After a long haul the trucks should be serviced. Also, would have been very helpful to have a ramp

Harpreet BThis is a scam place and U haul is doing nothing about it. I reserved a 15' truck to move to another city and I was given a 10' truck. Whithout options due timeline to do the move, I needed to do the move with the 10", doing lots of back and forths. I got mentally and fisically damaged due that. The same thing happened to another person at the same moment that I was there so it is not a new thing for Uhaul. Never more.
Alexandre DThe truck we rented must have had a dog co-pilot when last rented as the passenger seat was covered in dog hair. I had to clean it before we could use it. I had to rent the truck because I have been waiting for over a month for my trailer hitch to be installed on my SUV. The hitch install was re-scheduled 5 times. I have another date this Friday the 3rd, but I wont hold my breath.
