I was sent to this location by U-Haul last minute as my reservation was for me to pick up the U-Haul in Victoria, where I live. There was a problem and there were no trucks in Victoria to honour my reservation so I had to go to this location . I was told by U-Haul it was the only place they had a truck available The staff at this location seemed unaware of the issues but gave me the U-Haul. The reservation price and pick up price was very different and this location was unaware They Explained the gas was 1/4 tank and if returned the U-Haul at drop off with over 1/4 I’d be compensated for the extra gas It was all confusing as I had pick up arranged in Victoria. Due to last minute changes I was in a panic as I had reserved truck month prior to take load to Calgary Alberta The mix up was not from this location. I was only at the location for a confused pick up. The staff there was friendly and but were not prepared or aware of the situation I’d suggest U-Haul to improve I’d suggest U-Haul honor reservation. They should have had a truck available where the reservation stated. The gas tank should have been full and vehicle cleaned and ready to go. The last minute changes issue caused many issues for me having to change plans drive to another location to pick up I was only a very strict schedule driving the u haul to Alberta.

Mat SStore is very busy and fast paced, the employees try to ensure everyone gets the service and attention needed. But check out and return it have complaints My vehicle on check out gas gauge recorded didn't match vehicle. And my return time was 9am, the store opens at nine. Because of that and system boot up. I'm being charged a 3rd day. And having to dispute the issue.
